Ngaben is a cremation ceremony, part of the funeral rituals of the Hindu community in Bali, Indonesia.
Shot in August 2022, this essay documents a special Ngaben in which many villages from the Singakerta area came together for the ceremony.
More than 100 Lembu (funerary bulls) were burnt on that day.
